This Privacy Policy explains how the operator of Dribble Goggles handles personal data when you visit dribblegoggles.com, place an order, create or use an account, change cookie preferences, or contact us.
1. Who is responsible for your data?
Visual Sense, trading as Dribble Goggles, is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Visual Sense is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 02083875. Our postal address is Gijzelaarslaan 13, 9727 CV Groningen, the Netherlands. For privacy questions or requests, email info@dribblegoggles.com or use our contact form.
2. Personal data we collect
- Order and delivery data: name, billing and shipping address, email address, telephone number when supplied, ordered products, order value, delivery method, and order history.
- Payment data: payment method, payment status, transaction reference, and information needed to prevent fraud. Payment providers process the sensitive payment details needed to complete the transaction; we do not store full card details.
- Account data: login and account details, saved addresses, and order history when you use a customer account.
- Contact data: your name, email address, organisation, requested quantity, selected topic, and message when you contact us.
- Technical and preference data: IP address, device and browser information, security logs, cookie preferences, and website usage data where you have consented to optional cookies.
3. Why we use personal data
- To process payment, fulfil and deliver orders, handle returns, and provide customer service. This is necessary to perform our agreement with you.
- To keep financial and order records and meet tax, accounting, and other legal obligations.
- To secure the website, prevent misuse and fraud, and improve reliable operation based on our legitimate interests.
- To answer questions and follow up on support requests.
- To use analytics or marketing technologies only where required consent has been given. You can change your choice through Cookie settings.
4. Who receives your data?
We share only the data needed with service providers that help operate the shop, including website and hosting providers, WooCommerce services, payment providers, delivery carriers, email and customer-support providers, and professional advisers where necessary. We may also disclose data when legally required. We do not sell personal data.
If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we require an appropriate transfer mechanism where the law requires one, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards.
5. How long we keep data
Order, invoice, and payment administration is generally retained for seven years where required for Dutch tax records. Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to handle possible claims, or to comply with legal duties. Support messages are removed or anonymised when they are no longer needed. Cookie preferences remain until they expire, are replaced, or you change them.
6. Cookies
Necessary cookies support functions such as the cart, checkout, security, and remembering your privacy choice. Optional analytics and marketing cookies are used only according to the choice shown in the cookie settings. Disabling optional cookies does not prevent you from placing an order.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or transfer of your personal data. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.
Send a request to info@dribblegoggles.com. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or another competent supervisory authority.
8. Security and changes
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. We may update this policy when the shop, service providers, or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will remain available on this page.
